How do I write or better how do I best preserve a memory? Is there a best way? I tend to overdo things. I know this about myself, but I also enjoy taking a trip down memory lane. When you look back to your childhood, do you have videos? A photo album? Everything is online these days, but technology is constantly changing.. and fast. Will the things we do now still exist when the boys go take a trip down memory lane. So, how do I preserve a memory?  First, I take way too many pictures. But honestly, which ones could I have cut out? The family photo on the trail. B and I were walking slowly enjoying our hike together and look at this super cheese smile E has on his face! I love bike rides and I feel we will only do it more and I need to spotlight dad's sweet wheels too! The challenge: making the alphabet with sticks! Challenge accepted! I know my dad might not be happy about this picture being shared.. but I am not sure anyone other than my reads these anyway so I am sharing an adora...

Let's start... Hocking Hills. An Ohio gem. A go-to place. Is it overdone? No. Would I recommend? Yes. 100% Does my family who lives over three hours away make this a day trip? Again... Yes. But.. we have also camped here, both in cabins (in Hocking Hills State Park and in the surrounding area) as well as the campground. It is always beautiful, no matter the season! What does change is how crowded it gets because honestly, it has been crowded before while we visited. It's a popular, beautiful place to hike!   We also brought pip!   Would that beauty not make a little crowd worth it? Go check it out! In the meantime enjoy our trip through photos. Again.. these boys and the pictures by the signs. At least I got one face in the picture! The fall leaves were beautiful. My parents are amazing people, I was so glad that we were able to share this trip with them, and the weather was perfect.   Look, it's us!
